paypals suspended - ebay fees - credit score

Just received emails today with my ebay.co.uk accounts that they are not able to collect their fees. My paypals are suspended. Should I pay those fees even if I will never use those accounts anymore? Will this affect my credit score?

Are your real details based in Poland? You need to find out if fees can affect credit score in your country. In UK it does not, and is USA it can affect....
