Will PayPal Already have Reduced Staff for Xmas?
OK cut a long story short, one of my Stealths got flagged for 'Unusual Activity' and they wanted me to receive a text or call to prove I still had control of my account. Unfortunately I have lost the prepaid SIM in a house move like a spazz so I've had to opt for the far more risky upload docs option (yes I know, rookie error and lesson learned, be more careful with SIMS etc).
The process was promised to take 1 working day, we've now entered the third FFS. Anyone got any idea whether PayPal UK will have already dropped staff down for Xmas, or whether it's just more likely that they're overrun for the Xmas rush? I suppose I shouldn't complain... the extra workload probably means the more riskier option I've had to take is likely less riskier than usual due to them being so swamped, right?
