Paypal Limited - asking for TIN, SSN, or EIN

Hi, I purchased a stealth account from Jeffweico in August of 2015. Everything has been going GREAT so far, thank you Jeff!! But today when I tried updating one of my listing, I got a message saying "that Paypal address cannot be used at this time". They are asking for a TIN, SSN, or EIN. Can someone please tell me what to do? I've searched the forum but can't find an exact answer and I don't want to mess up my account! I have a TIN from years ago that has never been used with a previous ebay/paypal account, but it has my real info, so I don't think that would work? Do I need an LLC? I read on a post that that's what helped someone.

Do you have a SSN and are you based in the USA?

Yes, I have a real SSN with my real info, and I am in the US.

If this question has already been discussed, can someone please direct me to the thread so that I can find the solution. I've searched this topic but couldn't find an answer.
