Scheduled listings have a small delay

Hello everybody, my issue is this small delay when I place a scheduled listings on ebay.co.uk and ebay.de
I want my listing to start on 2 pm sharp, but it always has 1-12 min delay.
Does anyone know why is that and how to fix this?

Ebay.com works perfectly fine, it only has random secondish delay.

Only eb site would know I figure...not much can be done on user-side

I solved the issue myself. I just kept rescheduling the listings which hadn't fallen under my time until they did
