Default We were unable to verify information related to your seller account

One month ago, I finally decided to sell some authentic stuff on Amazon. However, before my shipment arrived at the FBA warehouse, my account is suspended. After sending email everyday, they finally got back to me and provided a reason.

"We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision is due in part because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, including information related to your selling history and listings."

I haven't sell anything yet. Just wondering which point should I address on my appeal? Does it mean they are questioning my invoice? Or want more ID information?

You could have used a non existing address

If you have the option to appeal, I would act confused and ask them what you can proxide in order to restore your account

It's going to be difficult once an account fails the verification process the decision is final and highly unlikely they will change their mind.

There was most likely something on the account they did not like or that triggered the suspension.

Crazy scary!!! Legit details and you weren't ever blocked or banned before? Are they responding to you to give you a chance or they are done? Man, they just don't care about shutting people down so easily, I don't get it. And no one else can do the volume they do, online retail is getting very scary.

I failed the previous appeal one month ago. After sending email everyday, they finally responsed with a reason and the appeal button shows up on my seller center again!! At least that's a break through.

I have the buyer account for 6 years and I signed up for my seller account the first time. After sending email everyday, they now give me an appeal button again. I think it is just a pre-prime day sweeping, killing all new guys and trying to provide only the highest quality products from trusted sellers. After that, they may be easier.

I guess, they usually just block you and give up on you. SP is very harsh and unfriendly, but you can try and try and with luck maybe get it back.
