Claiming back VAT from stealth account ebay fees

Unless you put your VAT number on the account, you're getting charged VAT by ebay

But the invoices don't have VAT broken down

For those who are VAT registered are you claiming this VAT back?

Do you just divide the total fees by 6?

Don't think many here registered for vat, technically you can't claim back since it's not on your or company name

The account i run with real details and with vat number added onto account!!!
I am talking about general users and even eBay sellers they not even vat registered even their turn over well above vat limit

Things changed now AZ and eBay both suspending accounts due to vat
