Paypal limited, Ebay Top Seller

Hi guys,

My PayPal account has been permanent limited, due to selling some unauthorized items, (witch was some Chanel lipsticks).
I have my ebay Seller account witch is Top seller account.
I contacted Ebay regarding this issue, and they said there is no problem from their side if i will use different PayPal account.
My question is if i can create another Paypal account with my friends details, and use different PC and different IP would it be possible for them to limited that account as well and if they can we find me, be based on old Ebay account.

It would get limited after a few weeks to a few months usually

Sometimes faster and sometimes it will last longer. Its a bit down to pot luck!

The more separation you create in the details the better.
ID start with a new device and new IP. Switch the email, address and phone number on the ebay account - possibly the first name of the ebay account holder. Wait a few days. Then open the paypal account with the new matching info.
Do NOT do a hard linking of the accounts.
Start selling and treat the selling activity as if youre a completely new seller for the first weeks for the benefit of the new paypal account. Be sure the listing have a new look - different from your old ones. And stay away from problematic items in the future.
That should increase your odds of success and the longevity of the new paypal account although it is always possible for them to make the connection and limit this new account as well - never any guarantee with paypal.

I will get new IP, instead of new device (PC) i was thinking to create new operation System on my MAC laptop witch will have fresh cookies and all new.
So if i create new Ebay, and PP i can't relist old items that i had on my old Ebay?

Have to agree with this, I had this problem in the past. No matter what you change, IP etc at some point they will link these accounts. Better to start over and use multiple accounts that way if one goes down you have back ups.

Better looks for other merchant account to collect money. There was a post in the forum about how to do that.

There is no other merchant, that i can connect to old Ebay account, is only PAYAPal for UK, not sure for US .
So the ideal think will be to start all from 0, new IP, new PP and new Ebay account.

Guys, one more question.
If i create new User on MAC, and load my Operation System from Flash drive, like new operations system and get new IP, is this safe for new PP and Ebay account, or i should use completely new PC in order not to get caught by their security system.

One more question, if i open new bank account, and if i get new sort code and account number can i attach it to my new Paypal, and add my friend's details, not mine, is any chances for them to chase me with my old limited account?

Really no reason to get your friend involved into this.

Just make a new identity up and create a stealth account.
PayPal will not see the details of the associated bank account for withdrawals.

I would suggest you to get the stealth guide to cover the basic questions you have

But at some point when PayPal will request verification and they will request ID or Prove of Address, witch documents i should send them if i make random names?

One option is to have more than one account and spread sales across them so not to hit limits.

Another option is to research, since there are answers for getting creative and The Internet has infinite possibilities

If you don`t do a hard linking how do you pay ebay fees.
Or am I misunderstanding?
I have a bombed paypal account that was linked to a good ebay account...so there is a chance The ebay account could be recoverable?

You can pay the ebay fees using your debit or credit card,
I'm in the same situation like you, Ebay perfect working account with lots of positive feedbacks and Top Seller, but Paypal is dead.
sad to say but i think i should start all from 0 with Paypal and Ebay :(

Nothing to lose trying to resurrect Ebay account...even if just for the experience

Identical situation here: genuine Top Seller eBay account, 7 years old, high feedback, all good, but Paypal got permanently limited :/

Just thinking now whether I should try and rinse it with another attached Paypal (which, according to some more experienced forum members, would get limited in a few weeks/months anyway) or shall I keep it for buying stuff with my debit card..

Well, i think there is nothing to lose.
Worst case you will have another Paypal limited, i spoke to Ebay Rep, basically they don't give a sh*t witch Paypal you will use.
