New address for new Paypal account

I've been reading the stealth guide but I still need some advice on creating a new address for Paypal and eBay. The guide says that using a random address that you don't have access to is not recommended, but it's the only option for me. So say if I had a real address for example '15 new street, new town, e34 t1w. Could I change it a little bit to for example 15A new court, new street, new town, e34 t1w?
