non-paid item on vero?

Just looking for a general consensus.

My auctions include under the payment section that payments must be received within 2 days. I have a couple people that have now gone a week and haven't paid.

It's a vero item that I previously got a vero notice on, but seem to have found a way to list it as I've been selling a decent amount with no problems.

Should I send a non-paid item on these vero items? I don't want to rock the boat, but it's annoying me that they're sitting there. I even called one lady and left her a voice message. Nada.

Send an unpaid item reminder like you would with any item, if its not been removed then asking for payment is normal. I send payment reminders everyday to every non-payer and always open unpaid item reminders and issue unpaid item strikes regardless of the item being sold- it won't rock the boat in the slightest.

I have this issue going on right now...so, I'm bumping this old thread to see if the opinions on this have changed since May 2009.
