Dear Madam/Sir,
as described in my e-mail of August **, we have asked eBay for the removal of an certain item but nothing more. In case eBay has removed the whole account we are not all involved. For us as well it is not understandable why eBay does not limit the "worldwide" shipping option to those who really know what that means. Without success we have asked eBay several times to implement at least a warning concerning perfumery goods but it seems that the well-being of members is nothing what matters with eBay.

Was selling perfume and cologne doing great with it and got knocked down.
Was selling in U.S. and worlwide. The attorney said that we MUST SELL IN U.S. CATEGORY ONLY. If you sell in other countries your listings will be removed and ebay/paypal will limit you.
I lost an account behind this very recently with $1200 frozen in paypal.
Ebay does not care as the attorney states in the letter.
Let me make it clear all fragrances are legit and brand new in box. no knockoffs!
Ebay and paypal are the scum of the earth.
