Default 180 days passed.. they wont let me withdraw

180 days have passed on my paypal account limitation

I emailed them asking when i can withdraw and they reply saying i still need to provide documents.
WHat should i do in this situation??

would they now make it available 180 days after i provide the documents?

This is a new thing they are doing and hearing about it more frequently.
PayPal seems to be requesting ID Documents to get your funds after the 180 days is up.

Either give them what they are asking, or they may hold your money indefinitely.

The only other option is to open a complaint with your state AG's office where you are located and the agency that regulates money transmitters in your state to bump you case to the 'Office of Executive Escalations'. The Silicon Valley BBB in CA can also work. In some cases they can override this type of restriction, but there are no guarantees with PayPal.

You can try to open governmental claims against them, but these days they just ignore them and quote the terms and conditions. You're better off calling paypal and finding a helpful rep

Did you have a bank attached to your account or VCC? was your account verified?

It happened to me once on an account - this was years ago.
I called once. I called twice. I called three times.
On the fourth call I got a reasonable rep who did the fund withdrawal with me over the phone.
Many of the reps just play dumb - cause they can. But many of them can and will help if you get them on the phone.

slokor when you called, what did you tell them to get the withdrawl and not have to submit docs?
