Default New Ebay message Im getting, want to know your experience.

So i've sold Brand Item for the past 2 month. Listing it once/week. No problem, Last week one of the accounts I get this message:

Thank you for choosing to sell this item on eBay.

eBay is committed to reducing fraud and negative buying experiences on its site. In order to help maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts. We ask that you build a positive selling history before you will be able to list in large quantities. Click here for tips on how to be a successful seller on eBay.

For more information on eBay’s policies on intellectual property, please click here.

I ignored it and listed it again and the following morning found out that my account was suspended with "abusing ebay"

So today on my other account I gotten the same notice and didn't relist the item. I wanna find out if that was coincidence or if i got a red flag and should freeze that account for a little bit since it has some 50 feedbacks or so.

What is your experience or knowledge about this? Thanks!
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

The message is pretty straight forward.. the only solution is to create several accounts and distribute the items amongst those accounts. Over time (i believe 90 days), as you build feedback, you can contact ebay about raising your limits.

hmm, it is normal for ebay to do this with certain items. Basically any item that is a brand name, vero or whatever, will cause a selling account to get this message. You made an error with continuing to list as you found out. With that second account you did the correct thing. I have added a couple of threads that should give you some insight to this problem. I picked BooMer because he explains very accurately what goes on with these problems. If you need any help feel free to send me a pm

So long as the account is not suspended you have a choice: leave it be or list a 'safe' item. This is the sneaky thing ebay does to sellers. Lets you list, takes your fees then slaps you down. Learn to
