how would you handle a MC019 vero takedown AFTER auction ended and you have sent goods, do you email customer telling them not to worry its on its way, in case they jump up and file a dispute

I was taken off for the same reason however the item I got hit for I never even sold one .I emailed every buyer ASAP explained what happened and told them not to worry and provided the tracking number in the email.I didnt get one dispute however did get several emails saying they wish I was still up on ebay so they could give me positive feed back ....I feel giving the client as much info as possiable is best!!!!

thanks, no I dont mean suspension I just mean that item is taken down, very annoying for them to do it about 3 days after auction when goods sent.
