Yes, you call ebay on the phone and follow the steps they provide. They will pay you but you must jump through the hoops. This usually includes filing a police report but sometimes making a federal fraud report via online.

when you receive something expensive for return, why not to make a "unboxing video"..? just make sure you hide your return address if you don't want to show it for ebay.

Not sure that would work since it would be easy enough for anyone to '⊗⊗⊗⊗' that sort of a video by just taking any box and putting a label with your proper address and the buyer's address on it.
These cases are not fun and as mentioned above the only option you have is to call ebay and follow their instructions which will probably include asking the police to intervene and provide you with a report.

As of right now I am waiting for ebay to let me know something. Will keep you posted guys. Last time it happened was 6 months ago and I lost. It happened one time under $200 and I got a police report and ebay decided to take the loss. But I think $700 is to much for them to be honest.

What you mean beat it? your covered by by eBay when the buyer returns a empty box, explain it to them and they will sort it, usually they ask for photos and you to sign a fraud report
