Buying things for feedback is one of the oldest misunderstandings/mistakes of people trying to build up a new account.
You're better off selling 5 things (even at a loss) than you are buying 100+ things, if you want to make your account "stronger". Selling a few things and shipping fast with tracking uploaded quickly are the account-vitamins you're looking for. Not only the feedback from those, but the speed with which they are shipped and the speed with which the tracking is uploaded and then scanned in at the post office. THAT is what you're after that most people don't realize.
On top of the benefit of building more and real strength to your account, this will directly solve your original problem/question because you won't have to fund your PP at all- You will be "putting in" $ by buying a few low dollar but popular items at CVS or Home Depot or whatever the UK equivalent is, and will then end up with $ in your PP in a truly Stealth way. You just have to make sure that the items will sell for at least what the shipping label will cost, since you will get to print the shipping label using the temporarily-held funds from the item.
And since it sounds you have a valid ship-to address on your Stealth account, just keep track of a few normal things you normally buy- iTunes load up cards, post-it pads, kitchen sponges, whatever. If you make buying those little things a regular habit, and keep a list handy for each time you have $ in your account to spend and buy things off that list, you'd be SHOCKED how fast the (useless-but-nice) buyer feedback numbers add up. But don't buy junk just for the numbers, it's truly worthless to do in the name of strengthening your account.
Best of luck on the new account!
