Waiting on Feedback Change from CS - How Long Does It Take?
Hi I just dealt with the good ol' folks at Customer Support concerning a customer who tried to bully me all Xmas season long - first demanding items outside of the auction be sent with the item (in which we sent) - then threatening negative feedback - then issuing said negative feedback - followed by a return attempt on a 'all sales final' item. The item he purchased cannot be easily broken and is a very hard to find item - so I knew his return was bogus. Anyways after a few days I noticed a message on the return page that said 'we may close the return if the item is not received by 1/15' So since its well after that time, and he had yet to return it, I contacted CS and spoke to a rep to see if they could close the case. Not only did they close the case, but I received a nice email saying they'd also remove all feedback associated with that item. So I'm pretty pleased about that. The case is closed about a day now, etc. However there's been no feedback revision or deletion as of yet. My question is how long does it take for that to typically happen? just waiting on said torture chamber to release me. Thanks!
