Uaccount stopping new extra accounts

I recently tried to open a new extra account for a new ebay/paypal and it said I had already used my limit on extra account (I currently have none as I had deleted them) i contacted U and they said their policies have changed and from now on once you have opened all 20 extra accounts and then delet one you can't then open another one like we have been able to do in the past. This is to stop suspicious activity.

There are similar service providers, regular bank accounts, withdrawing to cards etc

Pockit card you only get one account but seems to lack any verification checks

Are you sure about that?? On their main page there are saying: " Pockit is a prepaid MasterCard, not a bank. Applicants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Subject to successful identity and residency verification."

All UK banks (even if they're prepaids) need to perform some kind of identity check to satisfy anti money laundering regulations.

Dont forget you can reuse accounts, remove from one bank paypal account, then add to another. I think a bank can be added to paypals max of 3 - 4 times

How it can be done? Always : 1 Paypal = 1 Bank account (and this bank account can't be added to new PayPal , is"t it ???

You can remove from one PayPal account, and add to another a few times. Unless the account is limited of course

Because if one account goes down there's a pretty good chance they're going to be linked

That would be the case if the bank was connected to two accounts at the same time
I have been unblinking and linking banks on accounts for many years with no problems
