Opening bank accounts is easy (unless you are an undischarged bankrupt or a fraud risk). You just need to do some research - try the money saving expert current account forum.

There is no great benefit to rotating between 2 accounts that are registered with the same details.

There are many more (and better ) banks. If you are worried about your credit score just make sure you insist on applying for a basic account.

Some will let you apply online, others you can get an account number straight away in branch and a few still insist on postal applications.

the other option is to open 10 to 20 ebay and paypal new accounts verifiy ebay account but don't verifiy paypal and use 650 limit of one account and goto next account. I used my old bank to 15 paypal account and I can withdraw they money wihtout verifiy my account .

Gather 100+£
Just add bank account they will send depost to your account for verification will take 7 days max don't put the 2 small value same time withdraw the money before they will refunse the card your money will be in your account do gather 100+ again add same bank again same thing will happen until upto you reach 500 basic limit of the account.

when reached move to next paypal account and forget the used one

this technique only works for small seller not for power seller as the power saller sale to fast paypal will put the limit if cash came too quickly.

Stop talking rubbish. The aim of the forum is to make ebay accounts to stay selling. What you suggest does not work long term. Read the forum more before you repeat this stuff.

I like the idea that you want to help others but let's make sure the info is workable.

GB tell me if you have no other option and can't open the bank account then I know this is not long term solution but still works !! but offcourse if you have another bank account then there are lots of other better ways in this foum to open and verifiy and stay longer with ebay and paypal.

thanks for correcting me GB.

Hi Lucy,

If you have a bad credit rating you can open a Nationwide basic account or a Co-op cashminder account. The Nationwide is a good option as you have full online banking but not a debit card...just a cash card.

Abbey and Alliance & Leicester ( Santander) both offer free business banking and you get a nice visa debit card. Not sure HOW bad your rating is, but if you are a discharged bankrupt, your discharge letter is enough to pass the test.

Abbey Business will allow multiple business accounts with new account numbers and cards. There is also an option for Reserve (savings accounts) which are attached to the Business Current accounts and give you an extra card...I haven't received mine yet.
