What happens when my business UK PayPal goes above the 2,500 euro limit? I have a VCC attached to it but they want ID and proof of address. If I leave it for a while and don't submit docs will that mean that nobody can pay for my product on ebay using paypal once I reach 2,500 or will I still be able to receive money in?

You really do not want to be doing that.
It's a really bad idea to leave large amounts of money in a stealth Paypal account. If the documents are rejected, there is a significant chance that you won't see any of the balance again.

When I go to the resolution center though I still see green ticks beside being able to receive and send money though so I assume I can do all that up to the point of reaching 2,500 as it might be further restricted then??
