any idea if ebay can link accounts by the business number used during registration of a business account?

By "business number" do you mean phone number, Tax ID or what?

Reusing any info previously used may result in a link. Have you consulted the stealth guide?

sorry yeah i meant 9 digit tax id/business number issued by the CRA

If I open a new business new ebay and paypal and use VPN, is it ok? or they will link me with old business?
