Logging into other Ebay countries

I never understood, if for instance I am a UK ebay seller, and I instead log into ebay.com or ebay.de and sell instead, is there any difference?

Yes ,

Different currencies to get payments and kind of different rules between ebays.
Different customer supports etc.
So if you create a sale on eb.de then you will get euros instead of gbp and in any case you can be supported from customer service of .de and nit of .co.uk

I'm used to selling on other marketplaces like .de, .fr, .it, .au already, but I am registered on those country websites rather than just logging in. So no difference between registering on for example .de, and just logging in from a UK account to .de?
