issues with paypal this morning

Anyone having trouble with paypal today? Iv tried withdrawing and sending money from multiple accounts but it keeps saying there is a problem with your account or you are unable to use paypal for this transaction

Just initiated withdraw everything fine.

Same, no issues here, withdrawn funds immediately.

However I have discovered that I am unable to load funds from my bank to Paypal immediately. That option appears to have dissapeared.

I used to be able to bank transfer funds into paypal within seconds as the sort code and account number was saved in my mobile apps 'payments' page.
