No active PayPal account?

Greetings fellow users,

I have a feelings there's some sort of eBay glitch and I just wanted to see if anybody is having the same issue after creating new stealth accounts. It says "Looks like there isn't an active PayPal account for the email address you entered.

Check the email address you entered:
· If you mistyped it, update it now.
· Please ensure that you are using the primary email address linked to your PayPal account.
· Don’t have a PayPal account? Visit https://www.paypal.com/uk/home to create a new PayPal account.

Anyone on the same boat or has any advice/expeirence

Yes I'm having the same message.

I think it is a glitch, as other people have reported it on here.

I created the paypal account a few hours ago and ebay won't accept it though its verified and not limited

It seems to be working as normal now. I think it’s solved itself but you could try changing browser/device.

Sorry for bringing up a old thread but I didn't want to create a new one. I have the same problem since a few days. I tried it with different eBay accounts and none accepts its PayPal adress because it supposedly doesn't exist. All e-mails are verified. When I try it with an older PayPal that was already used in the past, it works but the none of the newer ones. All began 2 or 3 days ago. Do someone have the same problem?

Verified with a credit card or bank account? No. E-mail and phone number? Yes. Is it because there is no bank or card attached though? I always attached a credit card after the first sales, never before and eBay still accepted the PayPals.
