My account limited. Help please !!!

Hello,

I opened a Paypal UK account from Turkey and it's limited as my money stuck inside. They request;

-Proof of Address in the UK
-Bank Account in the UK

Can you help me guys regarding this issue please?

You have to provide them what they asking no way around this
UK PayPal you have to add uk bank account and proof of address can be utility bills etc
