Add different countries to paypal

Is it OK to add bank account from country 1 (let say DE) and VCC from country 2 (let say UK)?
As you may be know, ebay wants CC to be added before you can start selling, so I want to use my local bank account but I can't find local VCC provider.

In the US you cannot. US paypal will accept US bank account only.

You need 2 payment methods on file to sell on ebay .. if you setup direct debits and have money in your paypal balance that counts as 2 payment methods

Also where have you found UK vcc's?

Yes, that can often work fine. Just make sure you're not adding any overused and abused VCCs as that can often lead to suspension.

Last time I was unable to list item until I added a debit card into my paypal.

I see. Let's hope that I will find good vcc supplier or may be entropay will be the better choice

I have been using my Paypal Account with an european VCC. There was no issue with this.
But I heard that it's not a good idea.

In europe You can but I am not sure if you can add a non-eu bank account to a EU paypal.

If it's about withdrawing, as far as I know, you can add in most European countries US Bank Account.

You can add US bank account to almost any paypal account as you said.

What I mean is you may not add a non-EU Iban to a EU paypal.

For example you cannot add a georgian iban number to a EU paypal.

Can you add a german iban to a spanish or a UK paypal??

EU Countries all have the same IBAN format, so they can be, correct me if I'm wrong?

nope you can't. There is a page on Paypal where you can check all countries. I don't remember where exactly. May be someone could post the link here.
