Hello,

Paypal is forbidden in Turkey and I'll set up a company in Estonia (e-residence) to open a Paypal.

Problem is I'll get USD payments but the bank that I'll use in EUR. Is it possible to add USD IBAN (bank account) later to Paypal to avoid convert fees?

I mean is it possible to have 2 bank accounts in one Paypal? (2 different banks, one is USD other is EUR)

Also is there any online bank for e-residence members that Paypal accept in USD?

Yes, you can have multiple currencies on a PayPal Business account. I have connect my EUR IBAN to PAYPAL, and later on I added USD currency.
I am not sure about your question of online bank. But maybe Payoneer?
Can you pm me how you create a e-residence in Estonia?
