Hello, my PayPal account stealth is permanently limited.

My question is: can I use another paypal account to continue selling on ebay?

my ebay account is in good condition! What do you recommend me to do?

Not recommended.

The reason is because the eBay account will link the old PayPal to the new one. PayPal is likely to catch on and limit you also.

It's never a good practice to re-use accounts and cross contaminate. Please get and read the stealth guide.
