Default Paypal is limited but I am still allowed to receive payments.

My Paypoal is limted but I am still allowed to receive payments. Does it mean anything ? Does it mean that they will be less harsh on me and will reinstate my account once I submit all the docs ?

This is normal. When I got hit with an account limitation (on my 4th limited account so far!) I was still able to receive payments on all of them. I was just not able to list auctions on some accounts until the limitation was lifted but others I was still able to list with the limitation. Why the difference I have no idea. With PayPal nothing is certain..

So how hard or easy is it to reinstate your paypal account ? They are asking me for supplier info and invoices.

if you have receipts, you can supply those and knock out both of what they're asking.

That's what 'limited' means. A user does not have full use of the wonder that is paypal but limited use

I can do this too. The only thing I noticed was before with past limited accounts paypal would allow me to refund. Not this go around.

Paypal is letting you continue to bring in more money, which equals more interest for them when they keep it the 180 days! lol
