PayPal accounts re-limited

Has anyone noticed their limited PayPal account becoming re-limited. The system seems to have been reset and all the limitations started over. If anyone else has noticed this have you found a work around?

yes i had face same issue in my uae paypal.
in couple of week they did 2 time limet.afte that they cose my account

UAE accounts are very very hard to run if you are not in the UAE
