Strange issue with EP cards and PP

for the first time in 6 years, i add entropay card to paypal account, and then pp refuse to add the card ( try again later ) 2 min later pp account got limited and they want photo ID and credit card statement.
PS my entropay account is working just fine

anyone faced this issue in the last 72 hours? or it just me?

It's happening on all accounts. There are threads about it already. Entropay no longer works.

Many reports of this, avoid Entropay and Paypal, entropay will close imminently anyway
