So on the 23rd Jan I got a email from ebay on my 5 year old stealth stating that a item I listed has been removed and that im on a 7 day listing suspension.

I decided that i'd remove any other listings up that could upset this vero member (its BMW by the way).

Today the listing I already removed has been removed by ebay and im on yet another 7 day suspension.

I've emailed the vero member but they never respond. Im actually selling a legit item, a hard disk pulled from a original bmw diagnostic machine. It is not a copy or adjusted in any way.

It seems they just don't like anyone getting their hands on anything that could potentially result in them losing customers.

Theres no point persueing this. What I want to know is, am i likely to get the ban hammer after 2 suspensions 12 days apart?

Really depends on how strong the account is. How many Vero in the past have you got on account, if none in say 8 months you should be good, the next step is 30 day suspension, then permanent

Thanks, no vero suspensions at all in the history of the account up until 2 recently.

Dude, rights owner don't give a damn if your item is legit or not. If you are not white listed by them, you WILL get reported.

some accounts can handle dozens of vero warnings a month. Other get limited on the 2nd. Sounds like yours will be grouped together but the next one will be 30 days on no new listings.

2 times I get this warning "Your selling privileges have been temporarily restricted"
first - 1 day
second - 3 days

I read in several forums, this is because it was reported by another seller.
