Why aren't tax id paypal reseting ?

Every year PayPal accounts have been reseting by the end of January . What happened this year???

Maybe a delay on PP's end...?

I called PP and they told me that they won´t reset my acct this year. EB does not allow me to add my PP as a payment of method. But, I found a PP link that allows me to see my limitations and it says that limitations have been lifted. Try this link
