Account auto suspended after claims were denied?

Long story short, one of my accounts have 2 claims and they were denied, yet Amazon system still automate suspended my account due to > 1% ODR.

How do i appeal this? This is clearly a mistake from their stupid bot

Create a plan of action

well worded POA addressing the cause of suspension/resolution and what steps you have already taken to make sure those 2 previous claims are unlikely to happen again, regardless if they were denied

you need to completely change your POA, address the entire case differently.

Specifically answer the information they are looking for and be concise in your approach.
