Default Current payment schedule on Amazon accounts

I've been asking the account sellers on here what the payment schedule is for the Amazon seller accounts they're selling and none of them know, which is concerning!

Can anyone confirm if a seller account is opened today what is the payment schedule for INDIVIDUAL accounts? Do you have to wait 21 days for your money, or two weeks?

2 week rolling reserves is pretty normal

Once you establish history/sales and you're in great shape, you may get the option to daily disburse

It's not 7, 14 or 21 days any more, for new accounts it is based on delivery dates. This is taken from their help pages.

Funds from an order are reserved until 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date of that order to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfil any refund requests from buyers.

If you use ship tracking through an integrated shipping provider, we can calculate the delivery date more accurately rather than estimating it. Funds from these orders are put into reserve until 7 days after the actual delivery date of each order.

After the 7-day reserve, the funds will be eligible for payment on your next settlement date, as long as you have a positive account balance.

Here's how the reserve works:

You sell an item on 1 January.
We estimate that the customer will receive the order between 10 January and 15 January.
Funds from the order are released from the reserve on 23 January, which is 7 days after the latest estimated delivery date of 15 January. The money becomes part of the Available Balance in your Payments report.
You get paid for the order on your next settlement date.

What tinsoldier posted is correct and the current policy for new selling accounts. Been like that for awhile now.

If you're looking to do a legit business - I wouldn't worry if it's 14 days or 21.
Just try to keep a good track record and you might get daily disbursements later on.

When you have hot selling products and don't have enough money to reorder, you will want to get full fund daily disbursement.
All new accounts now are under 7 days hold from delivery date and will never have ability to withdraw all balance daily.

'Never' isn't strictly true. In time you can apply for daily disbursement and it seems Amazon are fairly good at granting it.
