Does Amazon look at producta being sold when they do the GBP15000 ID check up?

In a hypothetical scenario if a businesses starts selling t-shirts with band names and lets say no one fills an IP complain, does Amazon pay attention to the products being sold when lifting GBP15, 000 ban?

You go through a manual review upon that verification, so yes they will look into the account, what was sold, the metrics of it

If its in good standing, you got happy customers, minimal complaints, submit all the necessary information to verify, you should pass it just fine

So if my products potentially infringe IP, and I have around 1200 SKUS of them, would you list them in the new stealth account created a week ago? Or that would be to dangerous considering its a freshly created account?
I had an old account were I was happily selling stuff until the watchdogs from BMW complained to amazon. (I wont list anything with cars now though, lesson learned)

You can and whether you get through verification is something only you'll be able to learn yourself

Ideally if you want to get through that verification with low risk items, you'll probably have a higher chance of passing
