how can i ship my painting from beverly hills to New York city, buyer does not reply

I sold a painting for 700$ and I bought it for 490€

The buyer says its not described like in the description and wants a refund!!

ebay accepted his refund! without reason, not they wsnt me to send shipment costs ect??? how can I do this? The thing is I only have 5 days, 2 dsys are already gone, A call with the customer service told me I cant do anything after 5 dsys oassed the item will be her and the money already refunded😲😲 WTF ?

The buyer does not reply at all! I thinks its because he wants to keep the painting too!!

money is still in your account but withheld,take a look.
you have to send buyer shipping cost or a shipping label or call tag to return the painting.

Sounds like scam TBH. Maybe not...

You'll have to send postage to get "it" back.

Record yourself receiving the return and opening it for evidence. Other users have filed police reports, and when PP is told about them they return the funds.

The shipment lsbels does not work! because i am not from usa, the buyer respond me so i can send 70$ for shipping via USPS

if yu are not in USA,you cant print a shipping label USPS. because your return address would not be in USA.
USPS may not even be able to handl the shipment is it exceeds certain weight and total measurement,you can go to USPS and learn more.

another thing you can do is to ask her to hold on while you try reselling it.
but she would have to close the case first .

she is not responding at all!!! I wrote her 5 times today if she can wait .. this situation is so ****ed up. I hate idiots like this. no reason ebay gives the refund why because the shipment took 2 weeks thats the only reason. And she does not respond to me until now!

Sadly buyers always have the upper hand if they open a return request with Not As Described reason.

The only thing you can do is call eBay and tell them you need the item back. Even so, buyer will still get their refund.

It looks like your screwed it is best not to sell high value items on eBay as their return policy is not very fair when a buyer says item not as described. The best platform for high value items is Amazon where you refund when item is returned and proof of delivery is given.

Sadly, correct - and even then the buyer could screw around on the item being sent back.

Create a prepaid shipping label and send it to a shipping forwarder in usa or a friend

I was in the same situation. Use Royal Mail- Thats what I did.
The customer in my situation committed fraud, but I appealed the decision and ebay decided in both of our favors- eBay took the hit.

Good luck my friend- Use Royal mail to issue the shipping label. Sorry but you will have to pay it(Select the option that will deduct it from your balance at the end of the month)

is this a USA ebay account you are using?
Because if that's the case, all you need to do is either escalate it or agree for the merchandise return and refund.

Even though you aren't in USA, you can always get the painting returned to an agent in USA. You can make this arrangement

Its soooo f******g unfair. The buyer had nooo reason at all. THis was very unfair.

I paid now 40$ only for calling with ebay. I dont know how to organize the shipping label since the buyer did not resond me anything and does not want to help me
