Anyone that would flat out lie about the item is trouble. Have them send it back. It sucks, but you are screwed. If you call them a lair you just get bad feedback and maybe a chargeback

Buyer is a scumbag thief. You cant fight with a crook

Say you are sorry, it was an honest oversight and have them return it

did you look in the box before you shipped to make sure he is wrong? Also if drop shipping from certain places we know, it could have been faulty. Hard to deal with that one other than to ship a new one :/ and get the current one sent back. I'd check to see if the buyer is also a seller.

yes. I did and i don't get that many sales on a weekly basis. I double check every single one of the orders before I send out.

How do I know if a buyer is a seller indeed?

I would assume even if he is a competitor he would probably use a buyer only account.

Thanks

That's too bad, sorry this is happening. So it is a used set? I would check your movie collection and DVDPlayer to ensure it wasn't left there by one of your kids or a family member who decided to watch your movies. Ask them. Then if you are sure maybe this would be an appropriate reply. Oh and check the customers feedback also

Hello (insert name)

I am so sorry to hear you are missing two disks. The set contained all 3 disks when it was sent to you.

All I can think to suggest to you is to check around the house, ask family members if they know anything about it. Again, I'm sorry to hear this. Please keep me updated. I hope it turns up, thanks

you are perfectly right. I sell one item maybe every two or three days. i knew what I packed.
Just some cheap buyer. I think I have to maybe refund him the money and that sounds like what he wanted.

Here's what I would do....but that doesn't make it right

Hello I am just checking in with you. I have no problem refunding you of course. Just sent what you have back to me and I will refund accordingly. Hopefully it will not need to be a partial refund as you have located another disk or two by now but either way works for me.
The A-Z Guarantee is limited to just three refunds per lifetime per customer. In order to keep those for later use, I have no issues with sending you the refund thru the mail not going thru the A-Z refunds as to avoid using up one of your refunds for such a small transaction. You may need the protection later on.
Thanks,

Like Judge Judy says, If it doesn't make sense it isn't true...the guy is OBVIOUSLY a scammer...Just refund with no questions with an oversight apology...With eBay and Amazon this is the cost of doing business anymore...
