Do we need a private LLC for Amazon stealth if we are permanently banned?

Hi Everyone:

I'm hearing some thoughts that amazon looks into LLC's sometimes to find out if the name is one that is unique and connected to an account before.

Does anyone know if that has any merit?

Does it matter if your LLC comes from a private state or what?

They could look up the LLC on the state website if they have reason to

But you can get registered agents if you don't want your name online

Doesn't matter what state it comes from, I believe NM does not require your name anywhere on the state registration page

Sounds solid. this is the first time ever I am hearing about registered agents. I'm going to look into this and ask around further. I don't know what that means yet. Does incfile use that when forming an LLC around them?

Yep I think incfile even offers a free 1 year registered agent

But keep in mind most states require your name on the state page somewhere

So look up the state ones that don't require it if you want to take stealth a little further

Do you think I'm fine if I just don't care and get an LLC in a state that will expose my name?

I've heard some crazy stuff about Amazon checking things not once , not twice but a Kazillion times.

You can open a legit amazon business account by registering a legit LLC, and paying for someone to be a director/shareholder on the business but have them at 0% and then you will be able to register the account under that name.

In that case Amazon would need their ID right? I have limited/no one who'd want me to operate an account under their ID unfortunately.

Sure I think so too but only thing is can someone get a business partner who trusts you to be on business with SSN (that part is definitely possible) but for me the part where others get turned off is when I say can I use your id for amazon account. They start asking questions. But as they say life is all about who you know.

Yes any LLC from any state for the most part will be fine as long as the name you're registering, is unique and you have not used it before.
