I have an Actual Ayden Stealth account now. My journey

Everything I went through, start to finish.

Created a business checking for LLC after PayPal was suspended. I don't know if it's necessary but I wasn't willing to take any chances.

Signed up with Ayden, I had to include the LLC name, the EIN, and my stealth name with ONLY last 4 of social.

(1) The account was approved in 4 days

(2) 5 days later Ayden asked for a photo ID or for me to correct information.

(3) I resubmitted the same info to buy myself time to get a photo ID.

(4) 2 weeks passed without another request for an ID and my account in limbo. I finally called. For some reason, a second request for an ID was never generated. A new "banner" was generated.

(5) It was late, I was tired, I tend to mess up when I'm tired so I went to bed with plans to submit the ID in the morning.

(6) I woke up and the banner was gone. I called eBay again. During the second phone call, the rep figured out I had a type O in the stealth name I put into the Ayden info which made it appear to the computer that the name on my eBay account was different than the one in Ayden. I fixed it.

(7) 6 hours later my next deposit was sent without me ever having to upload a photo ID.

(8) It's been 8 days and I have received my deposits fairly quickly. In some cases, they take a few days instead of 1 day, but its up and running without submitting a photo ID using my EIN and stealth information.

(9) To summarize everything Ayden never actually needed a photo ID. The type O caused a mismatch between eBay and the info I used for Ayden. If not for that they would have accepted the stealth info the first time.

For people who sell accounts, the EIN is going to be a problem. You can sell an LLC but you can't sell an EIN. Unlike an SSN you can change it on your accounts though. They might have to create the EIN and then cancel it and make sure the person who buys the account knows to change the EIN in the account.

How do you put in the last 4 of a social for stealth name? Just random numbers?

Did you need a full LLC / LLC bank or could this somehow work with just an EIN generated off IRS website?

I've never done EIN's or LLC stuff before, so my understanding is limited.

You will need a full EIN. I don't know about the bank account and LLC. I was invited last year and didn't bother with it until the PayPal was suspended.

Well done man, they're checked your EIN ince you submited like amazon? or like paypal after you hit 200/20k?

That part I don't know, but the EIN is attached to the LLC so it will hopefully be fine.

I just don't see a person who wants to sell a few household items or used books or such going through all that to be able to sell on ebay.
Its absurd to think that an individual would agree to be put through the ringer and apply for an LLC to get an EIN just for ebay.

This wasn't a regular person signing up to sell a few household items though. Someone who just wants to do that won't have to do any of that. You keep missing that part.
