Unhappy 180 Days PERMANENT BAN. Help.

Hello everyone.

PayPal 180 days permanent ban arrived.
It happened after they requested:
- proof of shipments
- Invoice of supplier

All items are dispatched the same day, tracking number is always provided, I had zero claims open with ebay and paypal (ever) and in general didn't do many withdrawal requests (once a week, always the same amount).

My account is obviously stealth and I use fresh IPs (not vpns not proxies, nothing banned at all).
My Paypal was already fully verified (ID + proof of address) and 3 months old.
I sell on eBay, office items (papers, cellotapes, etc, nothing crazy!).

I do not do dropshipping, I hold all my items in stock
but I ship them from a post office in another city, may be they think
I run a drop shipping business and they banned me?

I am seeking the reason why they banned me, meanwhile I have appealed to the financial ombusdman here in the UK.

What else can I do? does anyone have any clue on why they could have possibly banned me?

Products are not high risk items, never had any complain from any clients, my IP is fresh and residential and not banned, my online behaviour is fine, not more than one payment a day or withdrawal a week with PayPal.
PayPal is verified by my own credit card and bank account matching the same name and surname and address of the PayPal owner so this is not the problem!

The ban arrived next after I provided shipment proofs and invoices, which they were obviously LEGIT! There is absolutely no reason at all to my eyes why they would ban my account and eventually they did so anyway.

I am not a newbie with PP and understand most of it but clearly not ALL of it.

If anyone can give me their opinion ,would be appreciated.
