Buyer threatens me with paypal case
Hey everyone,
The buyer insists on return claiming that the measurements I provided in the listing were wrong (we are talking about a jacket here).
I replied him that I'm ready to accept the return if there was any misleading information provided by me. But first, I asked him to take a photo of the jacket with the measuring tape, showing where exactly I did wrong. He took a photo. Without going to the details, it was very clear that he is trying to make it look like my mistake.
I replied him politely that judging from the picture, I don't see any mistake on my end. I also explained him the way I measure shoulders (precisely from seam to seam).
He still insists on the return and now he threatens me with paypal claim. Since I've never dealt with that kind of claims, I don't know what to expect.
What would you suggest here? Is that worth the hustle going through the case? Or I'll most likely lose?
thanks
