Whats the max Received Intellectual Property Complaints youve gotten?

27 on one single account back 2014 over the lapse of 2 years. All lacked of grounds and I didn't know how to appeal those; finally I lost that account.

I have not lost a ghost account since 2014.

Can I go back from a year and appeal those? I was lazy and never appealed those because my competitors did and got the listings back up so I let it go. I appeal everything now.

I still dont get how some complaints work. I had some this week, I appealed right away, got listings back up, and so all my competitors came back up. And they did not have to appeal.

And did you try to appeal the suspension?

Depends on the history of the account, older ones can handle more complaints

If its a new shop, 1 infringement can cause issues

Take them seriously, appeal them with as much legit info as you can
