All of my accounts start with this limit. And when you click that link I get the same messgae.
You have to contact customer service. They will ask basic questions like what do you plan on selling ... don't tell them you are dropshipping. Just getting rid of household items. And limits will increase to 3k / 100 items or more.
Did you contact CS when you've got some feedbacks?

Normally after 5-6 seller feedbacks I get in touch. When I first did it, I patiently waited until I got 12 feedback. But then start taking more risks as I became familiar with stealth.
Confidence is the main thing ... you'll be surprised how much you can get away with if you act like a genuine "new" user i.e. whinge about stuff to customer services rather than acting like you are perfect and get everything right, every time.
