Negative account & old current account

Couple years ago my brother used my PP account trade oversea and the buyer did a charge back after sending him a car part which got my account negative. My brother got my account closed with negative amount but before this account I have an older one which is working fine currently, if I dispute with the current one will I get linked to my negative account?
