Unauthorized use of your account -- action required (must call ebay)

I've had a stealth account for about 4 years without any problems always logging in from same devices and same ip address pool.

Got an email from ebay that my listings were removed due to suspected unauthorised use of my account. I was forced to change my password and confirm my identity by email link. Logged back into my account and couldn't see anything unusual.

I went to recreate the removed listings and it said it must confirm my identify by phone. I don't have the phone number used to make the account. The only options I have are confirm by phone or call ebay (confirm by email isn't available) I assume my only option is to call ebay what do you think?

It's the pressure of pulling it off. like if I hesitate when being asked name address or date of birth and they guess that I'm stealth.

Write it all down then call them easy

It is possible someone considered your listing to be borderline against their policy and the person who pulled your listing just sent you that boilerplate message because they were too lazy to be more specific.
