I opened a request with a seller because my item never turned up.. Trouble is i sent it to a PO Box could this be a problem. iv also used as a delivery address for another account that PayPal shut down

Some people here have hundreds/thousands of posts without any of them being helpful. Some come here just to troll.. others I'm not even sure why they come here.

Here's my take:
- Providing a PO box address doesn't matter.. it's just another address. You're still perfectly within your rights to open a request if you haven't received what you paid for
- The usage of this PO box address previously on another account won't make any different whatsoever.

Did the seller ship with tracking? Regardless, you've done exactly what you're supposed to do here. You paid for an item and didn't receive it.. so naturally a dispute is necessary.

I do feel like I should at least point out rule #7 though, lol.

You've messed up because the seller can possible prove delivery, or attempted delivery.

The tracking showed it was delivered but when i went there it havnt arrived ..the next day the tracking changed to re delivery and now its saying contact us.. Any way iv closed the case now

Customers like you are the bane of my working day. You needless take up 2 hrs of my day everyday!! Tracking saying delivered simple!!! That’s enough for me to reply once and once only. That’s why prob the seller isn’t replying to you!! No doubt you’ve done the obv and tried to extort him with negative feedback !!! Well you need to know unlike amazon eBay when tracking says delivered will back seller to the halt. You will loose your case. The issue here is between you & Royal Mail now no need to harass the seller with all kinds of msgs!!! It’s well annoying. Ad reply same as the seller has by saying tracking states delivered go see Royal Mail & sort it out with them!!

You are the type of buyer that makes selling online a real pain in the ass. In the future, make sure YOU have an actual shipping address and collect your items on time. It is lazy buyers and petty thieves that suck up much of my day. I can assure you, if you did this to me, it would cost you in the short and long run. Dont do this to sellers. Some of them are pretty smart at retaliating petty scammers.

Usually the next step with these types of buyers is they’ll get the item inspect every aspect of it hoping to find the smallest fault msg seller again mosning hopinh seller offers a discount of some sort
