what product does Amazon Canada seller account allow to ship internationally?

I have an individual Amazon Canada seller account that has shipping setting set to "world wide". Some customers from the USA complains with me that Amazon refused to let them buy my products using their USA Address. What items are allowed for international shipping for individual Amazon Canada account?

so how does it work?
Assuming you would be shipping from USA,but US buyers found you on AMZN Canada,how does AMZN decide how much to charge for shipping?
would it be domestic shipping or intl shipping?
and how do you print shipping label on AMZN Canada?

thank you, i got it fixed. It was a stupid glitch on Amazon Canada and i just contacted the customer support

I often find the same thing happens on Amazon UK, in particular when shipping to Ireland.
