Default I got an email for my permanently limited account

Hi all

I need your advice. PayPal permanently limited my account then I sent an email to those PayPal emails like aup etc... Then they replied me like this below. What do you think about this issue? What's gonna happen and what will they ask me. What should / shouldn't I do/say?

I suggest you call them instead of emailing them again.
You have access to the phone number that you registered on eBay?
Make sure you use that number

This is paypal not eBay. But I have another UK number I don't have the registered one but shall I confirm this new number if I can then call them? By the way what do you think the questions will be? Is this a positive sign for restoring my account?

There are 2 things to keep in mind:

1) Your email was replied with a very badly templated response, which I can safely assume was from PayPal's first line of defense (agents on the other end of the world, without any powers and perhaps even access to your account). So this email is just redirecting you elsewhere - the agent certainly did not know why your account was closed and if there's a way forward.

2) If you don't know why you were banned, then there's no way to know in advance what you're going to be asked (other than regulatory checks to confirm your identity).

Give them a call anyway and try to find out why you were banned - there's no risk involved as you are just making a rightful inquiry into why they're holding your money. However, from what I understand, they almost never tell you the reason over the phone, so let us know how that goes.

Ok today I called them and learnt the reason why. The agent said " to be honest with you, the identity id you sent wasn't accepted as a legitimate proof " so they didn't accept the I'd card I sent. Actually this happened after they had sent me an email that I have been an established seller. Then they limited me. Why I created a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account was that paypal doesn't run in turkey you know. And I asked the agent if I can send another document to prove my identity. She said I must have done it at first. On quora.com I found these instructions below but I don't think it will work in my case.

You can't operate a PayPal account at all if you are based in Turkey or any other country PayPal does not service. Not even open a PayPal account in another country. You are technically in violation of the PayPal user agreement.

It is better to operate account with VPN if you are outside US or UK

I was doing so. But when it came to id confirmation I failed. Actually I have also been an established seller. I think this happened because of linking my old eBay

Good luck. Paypal terminated my 15 year old account and stole the funds in the account. They have since ignored my lawyer's demand letter.

You too sir. As you said I think they are legal thieves. Now after they sent me the email above I called them and the lady said my ID was not legitimate. After that call they sent me this email below from service@paypal but when I enter my account I don't see any warning to send the required documents.
