owner info paypal

My paypal was flag due to owner info. I put in the info of the old owner and make up some 4 digits ssn. In the end they are asking for docments like ssn, photo id and address doc.
Is there anything I can do or the account is toasts?
I only have ein document.

u didn wroung ,now you can try to make editable ids on psd file but its huge risk.
there are many websites that are providing ssn info and ll background data
