Hi Guys,
I've been scanning through these forums for a few weeks now absorbing as much information as I can in order for me to go stealth. Although this has been great, there were some gaps of information which needed filling in, so I bought the stealth guide! Now, 95% of that missing information has been filled in by the guide however, there are just a couple small issues which I don't feel were properly answered. Can you guys give your advice, thanks!
1. There is no mention of using online banks, such as Tide or Monzo, are they usable? (Also, I have two Barclays savings account, has anybody had issues with Barclays for Paypal)
2. Phone verification, can this be just as simple as ordering two new SIM cards and swapping them in my personal phone for verification? There is mention that Ebay may try calling these numbers, is this something I should be concerned with?
3. UK Paypal limit, this is my major concern...I don't want to spend months babysitting a new Ebay account for all my money from sales just to get locked in a Paypal account because I can't provide ID, I assume there's a successful way around this otherwise stealth would be very difficult, suggestions please?
4. Address and IP address - I'm not expert when it comes to IP address etc so please forgive my ignorance. I understand tethering from your phone is the best way to change your IP address. However, its suggested your IP address is within 100-200 miles of your "registered" home address, but this isn't always going to be the case. As a little experiment I connected to my phone using tethering and I had an IP address in Scotland, which is over 600miles away?? Suggestions please
Thanks in advance for any advice! | |
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

1 - They are very new banks. They do have some issues with mismatching names, but lots of reports that they work well as well
2 - Yep just a SIM will do - try to keep it active if you can
3 - Yep there is.
4 - The Geoloaction when using a mobile IP doesnt really matter much these days

Thanks in advance for any advice! | I will try to provide my best answers to your questions, you can await other answers from experienced members as well
1. Online banks are very risky to use, for example, Revolut does not allow mismatch names, Uaccount allows mismatch names but they suspend account within few months asking about your source of funds. Barclays is okay, i use barclays for withdrawals weekly.
2. Yes, you can simply get 2 prepaid sims and keep the, for long time use.
3. UK stealth account are now very difficult to manage. If your account gets limited, Paypal will ask for documents and most times they reject the documents, this include both PS and Government issued docs. You can read through the forums snd check peoples experiences about UK paypals.
4. I use IPBurger, Best for me.

I used UAccount for my stealth buying account (never stealth selling).
The PP account was in my name and I had been using it fine for two years when UAccount limited my account after I transferred some money into it from my main bank account in my name (£500 which wasn’t unusual).
I got hit with a KYC check and was told I couldn’t use the account in anyway. Tried a Revolut top-up and it got denied, so did a bank transfer through the app.
I sent them all the required documents on the same day and I never heard back from them in two months, I kept messaging them and they didn’t respond.
During this time I kept trying Revolut top-ups and bank transfers through the app, all denied.
After two months I randomly decided to logon to their website to see if they had any other customer service options (the answer to this is no). Whilst I was there I decided to try a bank transfer again and it worked!
Once the funds were safely out of UAccount I closed the account.
I never heard back about the account limitation.
I would be careful, everything on this account was legit and in my own name.

you recently used there services to transfer the money you had in the account? and yet you didn't think that maybe your account was restored?
There is no other way of contacting them now as the live chat has recently been removed, also some messages go to my junk mail, the "noreply" are filtered as junk and the "no-reply" are not,
hope this helps... or at least for anyone else
